Shandalar question?

I have just started playind Shandalar (again), but has run into a minor problem. I am looking for the town where you can buy the Sword of Resistance World Magic, but I can't seem to find it:(

Can anyone tell me which me which town I can get it in?

The towns are generated randomly with each new game. You'll have to find it. Wise men will sometimes tell you about it, and you can check your map to see if you've heard of it before.
