I just worked out the details with Alan from Comicbook Depot on this event today. 

Here's the info:

What:

N.Y.S.E. Lite
$15, 15 proxy, non-sanctioned Vintage tournament

Prize Structure:

1st: 2x Underground Sea
2nd: Dependent upon number of entrants.

Where:

The Comicbook Depot
2847 Jerusalem Avenue
Wantagh, NY 11793-2016
(516) 221-9337

When:

Sunday, December 12th
11am registration, 12pm start

Important information:

1.  The Sea's are guaranteed at 14 entrants.  As I have mentioned before, given the success of these events historically, I see no issue with this.

2.  There will be no deck registration sheets in use for this event.
