This was spoiled last night, any chance of seeing this in a control Oath build?  It makes 99% of all "Draw x Cards" become horribad for your opponent to cast, as you are gaining 2 for 1 card advantage every time they draw.  What are your thoughts?

Even though it can provide a disgusting amount of CA, it's still pretty slow, doesn't protect itself and doesn't prevent opponent from doing anything relevant. I doubt this would see play even in Oath.

EDH / Commander fodder.  Fun, but not really playable in any constructed format.  It's too big to pay for, and too little gain to cheat into play.
