Looking for t1 players and events around the MD/WV/VA tristate ?

Hi

I am a 26 year old magic player and I recently moved to Charles Town, WV. It is located about an hour east from DC as well as about an hour SE of Baltimore. I was wondering if there are any vintage events going on in these cities. I checked the event locater and the closest events were in southern virginia and were farther than I am interested in travelling. I love vintage and older cards and I would love to start up playing again, I tried legacy but it just wasnt for me.

Hey, there's a group of us that plays in Fairfax, VA, about an hour from Charles Town which I just learned is different from Charlestown AND Charleston.  We meet regularly on Thursdays, but also meet a couple times a month on weekends.  Weekends are usually planned beforehand, so we can let you know when if you want.  PM me if you're interested.

We go to the tournaments in Richmond, VA. There's one this weekend: http://www.themanadrain.com/index.php?topic=41620.0.  You're welcome to meet up with us and split the rest of the gas and driving if you like.

A group of us (usually Paul Mastriano and whomever's free that weekend) will go up to tournaments in Pennsylvania as well--Philadelphia, Bloomsburg, etc.

We're also trying to get regular, weekly or semi-weekly tournaments going at Huzzah Hobbies in Ashburn, VA.
