Here's a shortlist of cards you need. Not the most spectacular list, but I think the calls I made are correct:

Tezzeret, Agent of Bolas - Most Awesome card of the set. Best card in Legacy Affinity, capable of blowing out your opponent on turn 3 or 4. Can also be played in other control builds with artifact land and tops to animate/dig for. Great addition to artifact decks in extended. In vintage, superior to Tezzeret 1.0 due to its versatility and cheap cost. Get this now, unlike previous planeswalkers this thing is going to stick in value. It will also get better the next set because we still have 1 artifact set to go. This will stay in limited for a long while still. This is my personal chase mythic.

Blightsteel Colossus - New tinker target, this one is the fastest yet. Get it quickly when you have a vintage tournament, otherwise no rush. If you can get affordable foil version of this, get it. Tinker foils are always worth $.

Green Zun Zenith - Multiformat elf staple. Get it quickly, it will get more expensive.

Phyrexian Revoker - Workshop decks need this. This will see a lot of play in legacy too. T1: Block Vault / Moxen / Jace. T2: Block Aether Vial, Top, Mox Diamond, Qasali Pridemage. I definitely need 4 of these as quickly as possible. I think it will take a while for Legacy to take these on (Like stoneforge mystic), but it will get played.

Go for the Throat - If you want something other than Diabolic Edict and Swords to Plowshares. Multiformat staple

Inkmoth Nexus - If you want to build legacy berserk infect.dec, or if you want to try cranial plating / ravager affinity. otherwise skip. No need to rush to get this

Shimmer Myr  - Sideboard card for shop.dec vs mass bounce, if this starts getting more attention, people will start playing Energy Flux. No need to rush to get this

Leonin Relicwarder - Legacy staple, in particular D&T/White weenie decks. No need to rush to get this

Glissa - Legacy card. No need to rush to get them, but they will be played. Recycling Engineered Explosives and Executioner's Capsules is nice. Firststrike death touch is too.

Steel Sabotage - Good for countering 1 half of vault/key or for bouncing BSC. No need to rush to get this

Thrun the Last Troll - No clue if this has any staying power in legacy. Definitely not in Vintage, but a serious bomb in other formats. If you play other formats than eternal, get it, otherwise, screw this.

Nice list, the only thing I'd change is Steel Sabatoge.  It's no bomb, but it's an automatic 4 of to add to the Vintage collection of usable cards, especially since it will be really cheap.  I will defenitly be testing it as a 1 of in my maindeck and as a 2 of in my sb vs shops.  It's main use will be vs Shop decks and will also be usefull as you mentioned at hitting vault and BSC, but don't forget it can also hit sensei's divining top which makes it much less of a dead draw compared to other bounce spells that don't cantrip.  And of course, there's the null rod decks.

Also, Shimmer Myr doesn't help vs mass bounce since it gets bounced too and once its not in play your artifacts have to be played at sorcery speed.

Shimmer Myr has flash, so if you keep a shop open, you can cast it and drop everything again.

I wouldn't be too quick to buy anything at the Rare level.  There's only two SOM Rares on SCG that are valued above five dollars (Mimic Vat and Ratchet Bomb).  I'd be cautious about Mythics other than Tez as well.  Gamer's Inn has Mox Opals for less than $12.50.  That's a far cry from the $40 they were commanding.  With a small set and the new rarity distribution, it makes much more sense to wait than to buy early.

Green Sun Zenith already jumped up from $6 to around $10.

I think either, or both Mirran and Phyrexian Crusader deserve a mention.

These cards can see play in legacy and younger formats.

Phyrexian Crusader, has Protection from White and Red. This means it has protection from everything in zoo except for Tarmogoyf (Firststrike + infect means it takes cares of Wild Nacatls too). Phyrexian Crusader looks like a great fit for Dead Guy Ale where you can complement the infect strategy with Stoneforge Mystic and Grafted Exoskeleton. Dark Ritual can power Phyrexian Crusader out on the first turn and it can't be plowed or bolted.

Mirran Crusader is another fantastic equipment carrier, but I believe Phyrexian Crusader is better, at least in Dead Guy Ale.

They are both cheap at the moment, so if you can pick these up, I'd gamble in favor of them.

4 Steel Sabotage, 1 Blightsteel Colossus, 4 Phyrexian Revoker, that's all you need for Vintage.
