Of course karn is insane in belcher. He gets around commonly played hate like Steel Sabotage or Pithing Needle. On the other hand he does allow your opponent to restart with leyline in play

"commonly" .... how many steel sabotage and pithing needle have you seen in any lists lately? I would use the word if I describle the presence of Force of Will or Spell Pierce in Vintage but not "narrow" SB-cards. Needle btw. DOES hate-out Karn ;D

Staying for one more phrase in Legacy: Zoo's able to outrace Karn "commonly" in the belcher matchup, but unlikely to do so vs. ETW. Moreover LED isn't Karn best buddy...
