I will first start off by saying this is not my deck list or my idea, I got it off a person on MWS, who said he got it from a french list where a guy won a tourney or 3 with it.  Wish I had the link and name but I unfortunately lost it.  If anyone finds it would be awesome and appreciated, I have looked but no luck.

Anyways on to the list of discussion:

// Lands
    2  Island
    3  Volcanic Island
    3  Tropical Island
    1  Tolarian Academy
    2  Polluted Delta
    1  Misty Rainforest
    2  Underground Sea
    1  Library of Alexandria

// Creatures
    1  Blightsteel Colossus

// Spells
    1  Mox Jet
    1  Mox Emerald
    1  Lotus Petal
    1  Black Lotus
    1  Mox Sapphire
    1  Mana Crypt
    1  Mox Ruby
    1  Mox Pearl
    1  Sensei's Divining Top
    1  Voltaic Key
    1  Sol Ring
    1  Vampiric Tutor
    3  Spell Pierce
    1  Ancestral Recall
    1  Ponder
    1  Brainstorm
    1  Mystical Tutor
    4  Noxious Revival
    1  Demonic Tutor
    2  Ancient Grudge
    1  Time Walk
    4  Accumulated Knowledge
    1  Merchant Scroll
    1  Echoing Truth
    1  Time Vault
    1  Yawgmoth's Will
    4  Intuition
    1  Tinker
    4  Force of Will

// Sideboard
SB: 3 Tormod's Crypt
SB: 1 Nihil Spellbomb
SB: 3 Nature's Claim
SB: 2 Pyroblast
SB: 2 Red Elemental Blast
SB: 2 Pyroclasm
SB: 2 Hurkyl's Recall

Now, I personally love the engine of the deck.  It draws like crazy.  The idea mainly being to either Intuition for the AK engine, then draw ahead, or simply to use it like a gifts pile of "tinker/tv/broken card", revival, revival, all at EOT obv, then put w/e on top if they don't give it to you for G or 2 life, draw and GG.

I have been testing the deck a lot of as late, and haven't made any changes to the original that I got, and even tho it apparently won in France, I think it would have multiple problems in the US.
Mainly the 1 win condition, tinker bot.  STP and this game is over.  Sad Sac gg. Cap gg etc etc.

This is where I would like TMDer's insight, what else can we use here?
Is the AK engine needed?  It does draw a lot more with the 4 revivals. Chaining Ancestrals and AK's is not uncommon, and obv leads to a win most of the time.
Should this maybe run 4 Lotus Cobra, as alternate win, and to boost out Intuitions/Chain AK's?

Anyways, from here I want to hear your guys ideas on this.

And also a little sidenote, I found it quite funny that regrowth was nowhere in the list.  I for one think that while 4 Revival is allowed that regrowth should come off the restricted list, but that is for another discussion and time.  Thank you, enjoy.

This is probably the source you're referring to:
http://solomoxen.com/forum/index.php?topic=13717.0

Chaining AKs with Noxious Revival seems cute, but it's likely win-more.  In most situations that you're able to pull off Intution/Ak (whether it be against control or against Workshop), you're probably already winning.  I can see Revival's strength in Intuition piles, but in that case I don't think it warrants more than 2 copies.

I think the best direction to take this deck is likely by adding 2-3 copies of Goblin Welder, and an additional Voltaic Key.  With active Welder and any artifact in play, you can Intuition for Vault/Key/Key to go infinite (and if you have more artifacts, it helps protect your combo from artifact destruction).  Welder can then also serve as a win condition in case your others get removed.  Furthermore, Welder will help you out in the Workshop match, which is likely to be difficult for any blue deck running an engine as mana and spell-hungry as Intuition/AK (even with the Ancient Grudges).

And also a little sidenote, I found it quite funny that regrowth was nowhere in the list.  I for one think that while 4 Revival is allowed that regrowth should come off the restricted list, but that is for another discussion and time.
You're correct that we ought to avoid B/R discussions, but I would like to address the comparison to Regrowth.  There's clearly a big difference between putting a card directly into your hand, and putting it on top of your library.  The former maintains card parity and allows you to use the card immediately, while the latter nets you -1 card and requires either another draw spell or draw step to access the card.  This the same reason that Burning Wish is so much more powerful than Personal Tutor.  I honestly think this deck should run the single Regrowth before adding copies of Noxious Revival.  You're right that Revival can be better in some situations when when you cast Intuition at opponent's EOT (allowing you to pay 2 life and a draw step where Regrowth costs 2 mana), but Regrowth is better the vast majority of the time.

We have rather cyclic discussion, and I fully believe that someone so inclined could create a rather accurate computer program which could do a fine job impersonating any of us.

I was thinking that on the AK engine myself.
But the Revival, Revival, Broken card Intuition pile has won me many a game.
Also something like, Tinker, Y will, Lotus, at EOT with Noxious revival in hand is amazing.
I would have to keep at least 3 in the maindeck so that even if i have 1 in hand I can still Intuition for 2 others.

The way to think of the engine is that alone Intuition is a 3 mana blue vampiric tutor (revival, revival, broken card)
With Revival in hand, it becomes a 3 mana, and 2 life Gifts Ungiven.
Either way a minimum of 3 each should be played.

Personally if I were to make some changes mine would be (changes in bold):

// Lands
    3  Island
    3  Volcanic Island
    3  Tropical Island
    1  Tolarian Academy
    2  Polluted Delta
    2  Misty Rainforest
    2  Underground Sea

// Creatures
    1  Blightsteel Colossus

// Spells
    1  Mox Jet
    1  Mox Emerald
    1  Lotus Petal
    1  Black Lotus
    1  Mox Sapphire
    1  Mana Crypt
    1  Mox Ruby
    1  Mox Pearl
    1  Sensei's Divining Top
1 2 Voltaic Key
    1  Sol Ring
    1  Vampiric Tutor
3 2  Spell Pierce
    1  Ancestral Recall
    1  Ponder
    1  Brainstorm
    1  Mystical Tutor
4 3 Noxious Revival
    1  Demonic Tutor
2 1 Ancient Grudge
    1  Time Walk
4  Accumulated Knowledge +3 Mana Drain
    1  Merchant Scroll
1  Echoing Truth +1 Chain of Vapor/Steel Sabotage/Hurkyll's Recall
    1  Time Vault
    1  Yawgmoth's Will
4 3 Intuition
    1  Tinker
    1 Gifts Ungiven
    4  Force of Will
  +1 Jace TMS or +1 Goblin Welder?
  +1 Tezzeret or +1 Goblin Welder?

With this list you have more counters, more ways to kill, and welder or jace or tezz to help defend/find/recur the win etc. etc.
With a build like this should I run twister, or wheel since I no longer have the AK engine?  SCV style?

@BR list, I understand CA all to well, but, when is CA worth the loss?  One example of Revival over Regrowth is the absolute need for green mana.  Revival has no need, and can help make an entirely more stable mana base, leaves mana open to cast a huge spell(s) (2 extra mana for your Y will versus Regrowth), and probably  more reasons than that for its free cost.  I have personally had many games where a Intuition for Regrowth, Regrowth, Broken card, would have done me no good since I had no green source of mana.  Just my thoughts, but that alone is crazy better than Regrowth, CA loss or not.
