Cat Stax Fever appears to be contagious, with three times the Fever at this tournament than the week before. Respect the Slash Panther tech!

Though I was not able to make it back-to-back Top 4 or better with the deck, I was in contention until Game 3 of Round 6, and when my three losses are to the champion, runner-up, and another Top 8 finisher, well, you can do worse.

My only suggestion to improve future BBGD events is MORE JAMES HANGLEY!

They are all different, but I believe the majority may just move sphere to the sideboard and move Slash Panther to the main. That's what the majority appeared to me. Just an opinion though. I know Jon Richard's list was a bit different.

8 Yawgmoth's will in 8 decklists. Don't really see the point in the time vault comment.

Could you post a CatStax list? Shop players are curious...

This is the list I piloted to a Top 4 at the last NYSE and a 3-3 finish at the last Blue Bell. All credit for the decklist goes to Mykie Noble (psyburat).

Deck:

4 Goblin Welder
2 Gorilla Shaman
4 Lodestone Golem
3 Phyrexian Metamorph
4 Slash Panther
4 Solemn Simulacrum
1 Black Lotus
1 Mana Crypt
1 Mox Emerald
1 Mox Jet
1 Mox Pearl
1 Mox Ruby
1 Mox Sapphire
1 Sol Ring
4 Sphere of Resistance
4 Tangle Wire
4 Thorn of Amethyst
1 Trinisphere
2 Ancient Tomb
4 Mishra's Workshop
6 Mountain
1 Strip Mine
1 Tolarian Academy
4 Wasteland

Sideboard:

3 Greater Gargadon
1 Phyrexian Metamorph
4 Chalice of the Void
3 Jester's Cap
4 Pithing Needle

Slash Panther replaces Magus of the Moon, I believe.

I'm thinking about cutting mine.  Ancient Grudge keeps the combo in check.

Yeah, but only so long as we ignore the "non-proxy" meaning of the word "real".

Very true. You got me there. Don't get me wrong I think repeal is a fine card except for the fact that I don't see any mystic remoras in my deck.

Mystic Remora is like a tax every turn, and it's always good to repeal taxes.
