Wizards Proxy Rule and What I Must Do If It Effects The Player's Guild

Well, I'm not sure yet, but if this whole "no proxy" rule actually takes into affect at The Player's Guild, I will no longer be able to play Shops, being that I only own 1 Mox; a pearl, and no Lotus or Workshops.
If that is the case, I would actually like to play Dredge, I know most of it is cheap as dirt just the Bazaars being an issue. I have a lot of Workshop stuff for trade IF this occurs, I would just like to know who has Dredge cards that they wouldn't mind parting with and if I'm lucky Bazaars. The actual list I would like to build is:

4 City of Brass
4 Undiscovered Paradise
2 Dakmor Salvage

3 Ichorid
4 Troll
4 Ghast
4 Narc
3 Thug
4 Imp
4 Chewer

4 Nature's Claim
4 Bridge
4 Therapy

2 Firestorm

Any help would be appreciated, I really want to play Vintage even if this "no proxy" rule comes to The Player's Guild.

You won't find it.  Members of the Organized Play division have spoken to two people I know.  There is no announcement to be found anywhere.

The opening statement of this thread reads more like a deck help request with a side of complaining about why the OP had to ask for help in the first place.  Maybe if it's moved to the correct forum you'll find the help you need.

Unfortunately you'll have to make your own choices, both for what deck you want to play and what opinion you decide to have regarding removing the crutch of proxies.  Since the other proxy thread is closed I recommend dropping a public display of the latter.
