If I have a no casting cost spell, like Ancestral Vision, in my grave, can I cast snapcaster, and cast it for "free", or can you not cast suspend cards with no casting cost at all?

Gatherer ruling:

10/15/2006   Because it has no mana cost, it can't be cast with the replicate-granting ability of Djinn Illuminatus or by somehow giving it flashback.
