Surprise. Surprise. Josh won another event with Landstill. I hope everyone takes note of the -4 Null Rod +4 EE he's rocking now. We just missed out seeing this tech from NEV 1 since he just missed top eight with breakers. Sick run you've had with Landstill man. Grats to the rest of top eight. Keep playing those Oath decks while you can.

Shawn: I'm really pissed that I couldn't make it. We only got five, maybe six, inches of snow here. If it was my decision, I would've driven in it. WTF is Salty Times?

2 Emrakul, the Aeons Turn
1 Blightsteel Colossus
2 Dragon Breath
4 Oath of Druids

Isn't it a little risky having 2 Emrakuls in an Oath deck?  You don't always hit a Dragon's Breath and Oathing an Emrakul into an Emrakul could really slow you down.  Is this list right?

He has 2 Show and Tells and a Channel. Basically, this a modified Show and Oath deck and the original Show and Oath ran 4 Emrakuls in the main.

Round 4 Game 1, Me on play:

Me:  Lotus, Emerald, Bob, Bob.  Pass.

Him:  Lotus, Volcanic, EE on 2, activate.  (With drain backup, not that it mattered)

Smile

Game Three:  (shenanigans, including an epic misplay on my part over a standstill)

Me:  Bob, Pass.

Him:  EE on 2, activate, Pass.

Me:  Bob, Pass

Him:  EE on 2, activate, Pass.

Me:  Bob, Pass.

Him:  Fire.

O_ o

Great games, though, and another great event!

What was your list? I tried to get that to work for a long while (using Mindcensors, Ethersworn Canonists, fast mana, and Tidehollow Sculler in place of Duresses) but could never get it to work quite right. Tidehollow just sucks -- artifact creatures die very easily.
