Ooo its a dervish/slith, with blazing shoal makes for a faster death

If you're using Blazing Shoal, Warren Instigator/Viashino Slaughtermaster are far superior, for the simple reason that they come down a turn earlier and are therefore more likely to get in unblocked. If you're resolving Shoal on a doublestriker, that swing should be lethal (making +1/+1 counters pointless).

Double strike does make jitte very spicy though.
