Hello,

Just so I'm clear on how this works, how does Dragon Breath work in an Oath decks with lets say Blightsteel and Emrakul? If you flip Dragon Breath into the graveyard before the creature it gets Dragon Breath attached to it giving it haste right? But someone told me that it gets attached regardless if you flip it, or the creature first, and even if Dragon Breath is in your hand and you flip the creature it gets attached to it. That doesn't make sense to me because the card says "When a creature with converted mana cost 6 or greater enters the battlefield, you may return Dragon Breath from your graveyard to the battlefield attached to that creature."

Thanks ahead of time.

Well there's no conceivable way you could flip a creature first during an Oath trigger. . . the trigger stops as soon as you reveal a creature. And it doesn't come in from your hand, no, because your hand is not your graveyard and the card mentions graveyard only.

Well yeah, but I guess my question then is, if you get your creature but never flipped Dragon Breath, meaning it's still in your library, then the Dragon Breath doesn't get attached right?

Just making sure because I think the person I played misplayed the card.

Is Dragon Breath in your graveyward? That should answer your question.
