Mindclaw Shaman

Creature - Viashino Shaman    Uncommon
When Mindclaw Shaman enters the battlefield, target opponent reveals his or her hand. You may cast an instant or sorcery card from it without paying its mana cost.
2/2

I know this costs quite a lot, but it has an effect that hasn't really been done before: Resolve your 5cc guy, cast an instant/sorcery from your opponent's hand. Some decks don't have that many quality instants/sorceries to snag, but most do. And at worst, it duress the opponent with maybe you getting something out of the deal beyond that.

If this guys sees any play, it would probably be because of some underused engine (things that make random dorks cheaper to play, like semblance anvil, ancient tomb, some familiar, etc). But this guys seems kind of interesting.

What could make this guy good?

Word of Command isn't seeing much play as a  {B} {B} instant.  Hard to imagine a 5 mana critter without flash that's limited to instants and sorceries being better.

A link to the GitHub project where I store all of my Cockatrice decks.

Any interest in putting together/maintaining a Github Git project that hosts proven decks of all major archetypes and documents their changes over time?

Word of Command has always, sucked. I know, because I had one back in the day. Your opponent could always ALWAYS sabotage it.

This card COULD have flash, in the right shell, and I am not saying Midclaw shaman is automatically a new hot card, but what cards/gameplans COULD make it work better?

Its fetch-able with Imperial Recruiter, so the old Imperial recruiter blood moon lists I rocked over a year ago could actually play this card effectively.  However this card doesnt necessarily automatically even make a deck list like that.
