Some people were asking for playable exalted cards. I don't think this is really playable, but in a 2 color fish deck (or better a mono color, if available) could be tested. Cards as selkie improve dramatically, but against lots of decks (MUD, Ichorid, oath) this card is just trash.

If it didnt ETB tapped I think it would have a better place in Still or MUD.  I dont think it belongs in fish at all.

ETB tapped, nonbasic, colorless only. There's a lot of competition for spell slots, since I don't think you can rightly consider this a land slot.

The etb tapped makes it have to compete with cards like faerie conclave and treetop village which both just seem better than to this.  The colorless aspect makes it compete with strip effects, library, the two nexus, and factory.  All of which don't enter tapped and are probably better even if it didnt enter tapped.

in a non-proxy tourney i usually put a land like this in place of a mox, which i wont do since it etb tapped

i mean colorless mana is enough of a draw back why did they have to add etbt instead of ,lets say, making it Legendary?

their idea must've been for people to play out 4 of them and slam your opponent with a 5/5 inkmoth nexus in standard.

Not a reliable card. It is a good card though. But you can't afford the drawback in vintage. Tempo is huge.
