Isochron Scepter with new rules change.

So an Isochron Scepter enters the battlefield,

I respond to it's ETB with Strionic Resonator, or by blinking it out with an effect like March of the Machines and Restoration Angel.

When I activate Isochron Scepter's activated ability, I'm now getting to cast both imprinted cards for free?

I don't think the March of the Machines/Restoration Angle will affect this question, as Isochron Scepter would be a new object...

But on the MTG site, they explained the new imprint rules using the specpter wizard guy that imprints an instant.  Both cards would be cast for the total cost of the cards (for scepter guy) and for just 2 mana for Isochron Scepter.
