I had an idea for a possible deck but I'm kind of stuck and I felt this isn't fully thought out enough to go into the creative forum yet.
The main idea is casting at least one Hatching Plans and a Serenity to wipe the board of artifacts and enchantments while drawing at least 3 cards. I was thinking cards like Solemn Simulacrum and Ichor Wellspring could be good too. Lastly recursion could be provided by Faith's Reward and/or Replenish. Any thoughts or card suggestions?

I guess Perilous Research would be a must if you want to build around Hatching Plans.

Perilous Research 1U Instant Draw two cards, then sacrifice a permanent.

This thread probably belongs in the creative deck forum more than anywhere else.

I don't think this combination is anywhere near Vintage playable, but I had tons'o'fun with a casual deck featuring Hatching Plans, Parallax Wave and Tide, Perilous Research, and Auratog.  At the end of the day though, if you want to pay 1U and draw three cards, run Standstill.  You can't afford to draw a card that doesn't do anything except pitch to force unless you've assembled a two-card, four-mana Shatterstorm.

That said, I would love for Abjure to be a thing.

The only I reason I thought this was worth talking about it is because of the synergy between Hatching Plans with Serenity which can be very disruptive. I'll throw something together in the creative forum though.

After Thirst for Knowledge was restricted, some people were looking for replacements in Painter. While Painter + Grindstone is fairly weak right now, REB/Pyro are still pretty strong. You could try to start with those cards plus Perilous Research. Misdirection also seems like a strong inclusion. I'd run it if only for the look on my opponent's face when you Misdirect their Abrupt Decay to your Hatching Plans.

If you want to stick with the U/W Replenish idea, Attunement is and oldie but goodie.
