It's that time of year again when the community gets together to recognize another year of Vintage Dominance and general awesomeness that is Legcay of Bill Copes.  This thread is for anyone who thinks they're worthy to pay tribute to the man, the myth and the legend.  It's a place for the lessons we've learned from being in his presence, recalling the mighty feats we've witnessed, and remembering those who've been vanquished by his wrath.  TO BILL COPES!


1)  What doesn't kill you makes Bill Copes stronger.  (so do things that kill you)
2)  Jace routinely looses to Bill Copes ultimate ability.
3)  A Wizard's employee once heard Bill Copes make a joke about restricting Ponder.  The laughter from those around was so powerful it seared the idea into the employees mind, and he made it his life's work to restrict the card. 
4)  Bill Copes received a lifetime ban from playing in the NFL at the age of 4, after being the youngest ever fan to decapitate a the visiting teams QB.

Although I've never had the honor of meeting him in person, I am well aware of the legend of Bill Copes. When the Bible was first written, it was originally supposed to be titled "Bill Copes & Friends", but, Bill Copes' modesty allowed it to be named what it is today. Happy Birthday!
