So Time Ebb for any permanent for WW? Any time you shuffle your library, tuck a permanent? SIGN ME UP.
Act of Authority - 1WW
Enchantment
When Act of Authority enters the battlefield, exile target artifact or enchantment.
At the beginning of your upkeep, you may exile target artifact or enchantment. If you do, its controller gains control of Act of Authority.
This is like Dust to Dust and Seal of Cleansing had an expensive and useful baby. Drop it to nuke a Golem and have another nuke on tap whenever you need it? SIGN ME UP!
I'm dissapointed these are both Rares, since they might end up pretty expensive, but they're both really good!
