Sultai Charm BGU
Choose one —
• Destroy target monocolored creature.
• Destroy target artifact or enchantment.
• Draw two cards, then discard a card.

Today mtgsalvation adds some new cards of Khans of Tarkir. This card would be the most promising one among them;the assortment {Ultimate Price,Naturalize,Catalog} for 3 mana is kinda reasonable.Furthermore Sultai is one of the best color of today's vintage.

Thoughts?

I immediately thought this was playable when I saw it. I see it being very useful in a BUG Fish list. Very versatile.

In certain metagames which do not exist at the moment, this card could be playable. For now, Abrupt Decay is superior.

I immediately thought this card was unplayable when I saw it. It won't be very useful in Vintage. It does nothing relevant at the cost presented. Three colored symbols for no one broken effect.....

I think there's a big power drop between 2 colour utility spells and 3. Even something like UG1 or GB1 would be better than this, since it could be played off one on-colour mox (or lotus), a fetch to get the other colour and any other mana rock. Having all 3 early game when this would be useful seems optimistic.

Decay just looks better to me, going to be tricky to access all three colours, especially early game.

Deathrite Shaman is the salve for all your color fixing needs. Might be a nice 5th or 6th removal spell in a BUG sideboard against Oath or even vs. a Dark Confidant deck.

I REALLY like how the presented the text, so much cleaner and easier to read than the old charms.

I would have to agree that decay will always outshine this. Even recoil or temporal spring is better in most situations. This cant even touch planeswalkers and dack is growing in numbers.

Versatility is nice, but its not enough. Besides decay being overall better, Putrefy is also in the same space and easier to cast. I think standard and modern (living end maybe?) will like it, but that's it I think.
