Ok so, this card has a crazy powerful effect that is highly exploitable and it is basically in the top 3 colors in vintage. It's reasonably costed for a game ender, and potentially puts 9 power into play for 4 mana. It pitches to force as well.
Obviously dredge does not want it, because casting creatures is not what dredge does, but am I crazy to think this could not have a home somewhere? Certainly in standard and modern this thing will see play, and even legacy this thing may work simply because of power level alone, but is there any room in vintage for this?
