Rite of Undoing 4U
Instant
Delve
Return target nonland permanent you control and target permanent you don't control to their owner's hands.

Our delve bounce spell if finally here. I like it A LOT. That said, there are a good amount of games against MUD where you really don't have any nonland permanents you control to bounce...

I'm going to go ahead and say probably no. It requires 2 targets, and unless your target has an ETB effect you want it likely is a tempo loss for you. Aether Tradewinds has a better effect since it can hit lands and has seen no play, not because of the mana cost but likely the effect, so I don't expect this to have a place.

Awesome card for limited. I really like this set from a limited perspective and may have to break my "no non-cube drafts" rule.

The sole reason I think this is worthy noting is because it get's under sphere effects. Against MUD, bouncing something they own for U could be good. I also think it's not enough, though. If it were a Rebuild with delve, maybe.

I guess trinket mage likes this?  You can always return a mox to your hand, but obviously that's suboptimal against something like shops.

if you could return lands this card would be good.  counter your wasteland, boomerang their land.

But it doesn't do that so this card isn't good.
