Vryn Wingmare 2W
Creature - Pegasus (Rare)
Flying
Noncreature spells cost 1 more to cast.
2/1

A non human flying glowrider. Glowrider sees 0 play. Is this card better enough to see some play? At least it kills  delvers and vendillions...

It def helps make monowhite hatespheres a thing. I really do like the fact it has flying that is very significant.

I believe this helps push White Trash up in viability some, since you now have access to a TON of Thorn effects to neuter the Blue decks, amazing hate bears, and just straight up hate cards (Stony Silence, Rest in Peace). I could be wrong though.

This card is probably going to be rather good in combination with Thalia, and whatever other hate bear it is combined with. These types of hate bear decks would definitely cause other decks to change their approach to dealing with creatures. Dread of Night could become more useful in Vintage which would be interesting.

This deck so should have cost 1W.  You just replace Thalia's first strike with flying.  As is, I doubt it will see play.  I guess not being legendary makes it cost 1 more, but that's weak to me.  A flying NON-HUMAN glowrider is not good.  Having a bad creature type is the biggest kick in the sack.

Interesting. Sphere effects typically get better with more sphere effects. Maybe this card could be the tipping point when working in conjunction with Glowrider and Thalia.

Agreed.  A thorn that you can't realistically play on turn 1 isnt good

Trading with Delver is huge and shores up one of the biggest tactical weaknesses in these types of decks.

I think the best comparison is aven mindcensor and not glowrider.or both, maybe. Haven't tried this kind of decks for years, though
