Alright, I bit the bullet for everyone and checked goatse.cx; doing so gets you the following message:

It also contains a link to "the original page", which I assume contains the infamous goatse picture.

I checked it by first placing my cursor over the 'X' and hitting enter with my head turned. When I glanced up, it had timed out.
