At the beginning of each player's upkeep put a -1/-1 counter on enchanted creature. This just seems like a random assortment of abilities. Not only that, but it could certainly have its wording cleaned up. I don't have time to do this at the moment, so I'll maybe do that later. |

That casting cost is ridiculously harsh, especially for a card that can come out for free.
I see that it disables and slowly kills one creature at a time, but surely there's a better way to do this?

To clean it up, it should probably read:
All creatures gain "This creature can't attack unless its controller puts a -1/-1 counter on it. (This cost is paid as attackers are declared.)"

Or better yet, "Whenever a creature attacks, put a -1/-1 counter on it." That works too. I actually like the trigger better, but the creator seemed to want a "cost" for attacking. But, this trigger is has less words and is easier to understand. |
