At 4 mana this is a costly piece of tech for your game, but it seems to me that it is great tech vs Dragon (if dragon already hasn't been so hated out of the meta that it doesnt matter) or really any deck that uses bazaars, board worthy for TnT and other workshop based decks (to use vs dragon)?
