It depends on what else you have in hand, or in the graveyard. If you have no hand, no yard, then yeah, you're kinda screwed - you can go for boundless mana but you don't have a termination clause, so the game draws.
If you have a Squee or Swarm in the yard, though, you can get infinite mana, then stop, and use whatever is in your hand to win - say, lay a Compulsion and go off.
Or if you have an Intuition, you can make a ton of mana, cast Intuition during the loop, stop the loop on Squee/Swarm, and hardcast your win condition. Cunning Wish would be similar, if you run it.
