as the co-creator, without testing, this is what i'd do:

//NAME: Alpha Shift
//Mana  (27)
1 Black Lotus
1 Sol Ring
1 Mox Jet
1 Mox Ruby
1 Mox Pearl
1 Mox Sapphire
1 Mox Emerald
1 Mana Crpyt

4 Mishra's Workshop
1 Strip Mine
4 Wasteland
4 Mountain
2 City of Traitors
4 Plains

//Broken Stuff (9)
1 Memory Jar
3 Chalice of the Void
3 Land Tax
2 Scroll Rack

//Fun Stuff and Kill (24)
4 Goblin Welder
1 Karn, Silver Golem
1 Goblin Charbeler
4 Metalworker
4 Sphere of Resistance
4 Smokestack
4 Tangle Wire
2 Powder Keg

That goes completely without testing, and the mana base needs work. The sideboard would probably be something like this:

3 Rack and Ruin
3 Jester's Cap
2 Winter Orb
1 Humility
1 Moat
3 Blood Moon
2 Seal of Cleansing

Sideboard definately needs help. About the charbelcher, i feel it can be really good in this deck, especially with multiple taxes out, so it may be right to go 2 belchers and 1 karn. I really want to fit in more land taxes and scroll racks, but i have no clue what to take out. I also want to put in a wheel of fortune, but thats not as high on my priorities as the tax/rack. The reason why i cut 1 from each is because this deck still has the capability to go completely broken on the opponent without it.

Okay i just did some minimal testing against hulk. Besides the fact that i drew EVERY card i needed on every topdeck in one game, it has a pretty good matchup agianst hulk (without sideboard, i duno about with it, i assume it gets better)

I would REALLY like to fit in a second charbearer kuz theyre just so good\n\n
