Well...this is my second match. Again, I play against a Suicide deck, piloted this time by Daktakplax (sorry for mispelling)
Game 1 :
I go first. Solid start of Ritual-Duress-Hymn. 2 Swamps in hand.
Those will be the only 2 Swamps I see in the game.
I have a Hypnotic and a Negator in hand, but I never attain the mana to cast them. he manages to stabilize after my initial rush. He sinks me, crippling me down to 1 land, but not before 2 Edicts find their mark on a Negator and a Shade. Eventually though, a Hypnotic hits and it wittles down my answers, and a Shade soon joins the party.

Game 2 :
A first turn Duress hits a Lotus. That seemed to open a floodgate, which we proceeded to demolish each others hands with Hymns and Duress' to the point where we were both topdecking, each having 3 Swamps and a Wasteland in play. He has a Shade, but I Contagion it. And it stayed in stalemate mode for a good long while...until I manage to bust out 2 Shades opposed to his only one. Hypnotic and Phyrexian Warbeast soon join the party, and it's lights out.

Game 3 :
He opens with Ritual-Duress-Hymn and I never recover. Contagions give me a glimmer of hope, but they can only do so much.
Overall, I lose the match 2 games to 1.
Well played. I believe Edicts and Contagions found their mark close to 10 times. In an environment where so many decks have the ability to bust out huge threats fast, Edicts main are a must.
So I'm 1-1 in matches, both being Mono Black mirrors.
