These games were pretty straight forward.

Game 1:

I keep a slow draw knowing that his deck doesn't do much so I won't need the fast kill.  He casts a ton of enchantments, which I let resolve including a Pariah on my Tog.  This wouldn't be a problem but I couldn't find a Cunning Wish to Capsize the Pariah and kill him, since he has out City of Solitude.  To get around this I drop a 2nd Tog so I can kill the enchanted one on my next attack.  He drops Abyss and a slew of other enchantments, including I believe Worship and I tap wrong during this sequence on a Will and I can't Capsize both his Worship and his Pegasus token.  Instead I wait until next turn when I can Cunning Wish for Mystical, DT for Cunning Wish #2, and Mystical for Upheaval.  I then Upheaval, floating enough mana to cast Cunning Wish for Shallow Grave for the kill.  Because he had City of Solitude out, he couldn't sac land in response to Upheaval.  Instead, he had to sac the turn before and he sacc'ed only a few not thinking I could get the haste kill with enough damage.  I don't think it mattered though since I had a ton of Moxen and could have Capsized locked him once he played a land.

SB:
-3 Gush, -2 Misdirection, -1 Wonder, +3 Duress, +3 B2B

Games 2:

He gets a turn 1 LoA and I don't get a B2B to deal with it, but I do have Tog, AK, AK, Wish, and land so I think I'm alright.  He Duresses my Wish but doesn't do much for a while though, so I think I'm fine.  Only problem is that I don't draw any counters and he draws one of those like 3 cards in his deck I need to counter--Choke.

Game 3:

I get turn 1 LoA and he Parises to 6.  He plays a Bayou and then no land for 2 turns.  After he Strips my LoA I drop Tog and B2B and just ping him down to where I can kill him in one hit while he sits manascrewed.

I'll fill my 10 words here:

I finally managed get around the firewall with Jeek's help\n\n

Congrats.

I'm curious about the -3 Gush during sideboarding.  I would have guessed that the Gush engine is what gives you the possibility of speedy kills, as well as being necessary while running so few land.  Whats your theory here?

(I was discussing with someone else what to take out to board in Duress.  I thought RolandB had hinted that he takes out some 'Togs against control and wondered if that was the key.  'Course, he has more critters than you do.)

I could see that in his deck.  You can't really compare them since his is an aggro-control deck and mine is a pure control deck.  I cut the Gushes here since this deck has no pressure whatsover and B2B has a much higher chance of winning the game outright than Gush does.

Hmmm, yes, looking over the decklists again, I see that.

Actually, it's the Gush that looks a bit odd now that I count your land and look at the rest of the spells.  Somehow I thought you were playing a light land + Gush sort of engine.  Or you went for the Extended FoF+Gush quick kill.

Anyway, are you happy with Gush in the first game in general?

In general, yes because most of the time decks do not provide me with such a large window to kill that Enchantress does.
