The title says it all. Jeek one the first game fair and square, replying to my first turn Lotus/Mongoose/Burn opening with a lotus of his own and an Oath of Druids. I can't find a Naturalize before his Firecats do me in. I tried to race with two mongesse, and might have pulled it out, but the last Firecat gets Flung in response to my Bolt, which was in response to his attack. In hindsight, (as my opponent was kind enough to point out) I should have bolted the cat whle he still had only one mana open. I had a Wheel in my hand from the opening hand, but never drew the third mana to use it.
My SB was: -4 Gorilla Shaman, -1 Sylvan; +4 Naturalize, +1 Hull Breach
Second game, I draw two Wastes, he draws no land, and I basically beat with a Nimble for a while. Nothing too exciting here that can't be gleaned from Jeek's posting of the logs.
Third game was much of the same.
Too bad that it had to go this way. I wish my opponent better luck in the rest of his matches.
EDIT: One note about Game 3. My opening hand after parising once consited of Wasteland, Lotus, Nimble, two burn, and Windfall. I chose to just play the Lotus without saccing it to do anything, which I could have thoretically done, but which proved to be very important later when I needed instant speed green mana to hit his Oath of Druids with the Naturalize I drew.
2nd EDIT: In case it is not clear, for the short version, I won 2-1.\n\n
