Crazy Con was definitely a huge success.  I look forward to many more in the future.  It will be interesting to see if there is as big of a turnout for Origins or the Vintage Championship at GenCon.

I also would like to thank Zherbus & for the advertisement, about 90% of the players found out about the tournament through this site. This site kicks ass

Zherbus  : Nick 1st, Ricardo 4th & Dan 8th all made top 8 & neither of them have mana drain accounts, I believe these 3 would be an asset to the forums.

Yeah, I lost my match against Stasis! We played 1 game.  In retrospect, I should have conceeded after 20 minutes of nonsense, then tried to win the next ones... It was actually a lot of fun, becuase Stasis has been my pet deck since I was in 6th grade and the deck supported Kismet, howling mine, and Serra angel. My opponent was also very cool. In fact, all of my opponents were really cool. It made the day even more enjoyable to have such friendly opponents.

Nick, the winner, has been unable to get a TMD account.  His report and decklist can be found here.

Hello all, I was the guy with the BR Workshop deck who made top 8 going 5-0-2 in the Swiss.

My tournament report and decklist can be found here:

I realize that this feedback is a little late, but heck, I was in Florida on spring break right after the tourney.

I want to personally thank Mike and everyone else at Crazy Cards for running this event. It was not only a great turnout, but it was run smoothly and efficiently.  My vote for another is September please!

I also want to thank all the players, especially my opponents Ed, James, Frankson, Dave, Aaron (I think) and two other gentlemen whose names escape me currently, but all of whom were friendly and fun.  Even more especially I want to thank all the guys who made the time between matches pass more quickly (you tend to have quick matches one way or another with reanimator) including Umesh, Frankson, Pjay, Roy, Norm, and especially my man Lloyd.

Overall, I couldn't have been happier with the whole thing.  Well I guess a better finish wouldn't have displeased me, but heck, it was fun.

Chances are good that the next one could be Labor Day weekend.  Maybe we should have a poll.
