Discount Stasis

OK here the scoop, Im planning to make a stasis deck, one thats less than $100, but is still effective.  I like stasis because A. not very many people play it so alot of people dont know what to do against it , B. You can gain total control of the game, which makes winning easy and C. Its insanely annoying

Heres my first decklist, im not sure exactly what I should have on my sb and what I should be playing.

I know the sideboard is too big cause im not exactly sure what I want.  I know there are some people who used to play Stasis alot, so I was hoping you guys could help me.

Im trying to run more of a classic stasis deck with more control and then kill with decking or serra/vise.  I dont really like gushstasis, it doesnt have enough control for my liking.  Also I don't have enough cash for a morphling

Just to point out, your original decklist had 2xBlack Vise.  The vise is restricted in type 1 play

He could be playing casual so the vise amount could be whatever right.  At least thats what i heard.

It's pretty close, I think, but that specific decklist is my friends. I think he may have based it off yours, though--I know he made some changes to it when I showed him that other stasis thread with your list in it.

That's amusing--I went and checked the old thread I saw your list on, and this one is about 6 cards off from the old list. It seems that you and my friend both made identical changes. Maybe that means this is a pretty good build.

One of my friends has a pretty crazy stasis deck, using chronatog, howling mine and island sanctuary to deck his opponents and avoid damage. It can be hard to play, because you spend most of the game without a turn, but it's really fun.

why do you need 2x kismet and island sanctuary ??
do you need 4x Land Tax while you play 4x Mines ??

gush is very important in stasis deck.
do you plan to pitch blue card to FOW ?? seems you don't have enough blue cards.

have you try 'Reset' ?
