Here is my attempt at a 4 (actually 5) color Oath deck.  Note the only power cards that I have (or am planning to get soon) are the ones listed.  This deck would mostly play in an aggro environment.

1 Diabolic Edict
1 Mind Twist
1 Vampiric Tutor

Blue Spells: (15)
4 Mana Drain
4 Force of Will
1 Misdirection
1 Brainstorm
1 Teferi's Response
1 Ancestral Recall
1 Fact or Fiction
1 Stroke of Genius
1 Mystical Tutor

Green Spells: (6)
3 Oath of Druids
2 Gaea's Blessing
1 Regrowth
1 Sylvan Library

White Spells: (3)
1 Balance
1 Dismantling Blow
1 Swords to Plowshares

Non-Mana Artifacts: (1)
1 Zuran Orb

Creatures: (4)
1 Akroma, Angel of Wrath
1 Ancient Hydra
1 Morphling
1 Spike Weaver

Lands and Mana Producing Artifacts: (27)
1 Black Lotus
1 Mox Emerald
1 Mox Sapphire
1 Sol Ring
1 Library of Alexandria
1 Strip Mine
3 Wasteland
2 Mishra's Factory
4 City of Brass
4 Tropical Island
4 Underground Sea
3 Tundra
1 Flooded Strand (or the other island fetchland)

Sideboard:
4 Duress
1 Aura Fracture
10 I don't know...

Please give me some suggestions as to how to make the deck better and help me with my sideboard.  Thanks!

My oath sideboards tend to be directed to beating combo and control.  You have 3 Oath of Druids, +1 Swords to Plowshares, +1 Diabolic Edict, and possibly Spike Feeder, Zuran Orb and Balance to remove against a creatureless deck-So, I would want at about 8 cards to take their place.  Duress seems fine to me.  I would use more Aura Fractures because so many of creatureless decks are enchantment dependant (Trix, Turbo Land, PandaBurst, Parfait ).  Other sideboard options include Cunning Wish options - which you could add to your main deck.   I like the ability to remove cards from the game in game one with Coffin Purge or Funereal Charm.

A Skeletal Scrying is pretty good in maindeck.  I never really worry about removing cards from the game... I just never take out Gaea's Blessing or Morphling.  It soaks up Mana Drain mana, too.

I like fetchlands more than City of Brass.  If you are in an aggro environment then there is all the more reason to use 'em.
