Why no Wastelands? It's not like they're bank-breaking, and they are awesome. I would lose -1 Stifle, -1 Faerie Conclave, -1 Island for +3 Wasteland. That leaves fourteen blue sources in a deck that doesn't play Mana Drain, which sounds about right to me.

Though, there is absolutely no reason to not be running all five strips.  Stifle should be an afterthought (though one that should be present, but more like a 2-of)

My experience with UR-Fish makes me happy I don't run 4 CIP-tapped lands. Are the Conclaves that outstanding that you want all four?

Do not drop the conclave count below 4, they are neessesary for several reasons:
1. They are an added threat that cannot be countered
2. they are a creature that does not pop a standstill, ensuring that your opponant will HAVE to pop it.
3. at least one or two of your man-lands will get destroyed by strips and wastelands and dropping your count will greatly decrease your threat density (you cant always count on stifle to save them).
4. what the hell else are you doing turn 1 anyway? casting a manta rider?
5. they have evasion and make your clock a bit faster than it would otherwise be. fish already has a slow clock and you dont really want to make it slower.
6. against other decks running factories, these will give you an advantage

Instead of merely listening to what everyone says and changing your list every post, why don't you test for yourself and find out on your own that you don't want 4 conclaves?

I have to agree that two Conclaves and four Wasteland are the way to go.  That last list you posted looked pretty "ghey" to me.  I'd try that out for a while before you make any more changes.

For MonoU Fish, try something like this

In all my testing and tournys with Fish, I've found 23-24 mana sources to work the best.

There is no reason why you shouldn't be running all 8 manlands and 5 strips, it is very doable in MonoU Fish.
Even in my powered MonoU Fish, I run the full compliment of strips.

Or, depending on your metagame, replace one to two of the Misdirections with Psionic Blast or the last Null Rod if need be.
