I heard from a local player that you are allowed to cut your deck one additional time (but not shuffle) after presenting it to your opponent for them to randomize it as they see fit (usually just a quick cut). Is this true? It seems a little obscure but I really think I remember seeing it on the 'net once myself.. and I didn't know where to look.

Here's how it goes.

Any time you shuffle, you present your deck to your opponent for additional shuffling and cutting after you have sufficiently randomized your deck.

After they are done, you may make one final cut.

But, if all they do is a single cut, you cannot re-cut. You can only cut if they shuffle.
