What card needs to be created to make junk crap into brutal

Illusions of Grandeur was once a 75 cents janky rare like Leveler.  Donate changed all that.  

There are piles of jank which could become better or even brutal raping cards if the right cards were made.  

I would like to hear other's opinions on what card/cards would need to be printed in order for their favorite piece of jank, to become a brutally efficient card.

My favorite jank is Leveler.

Why Leveler?  Why not Phage?

I don't like this card.

Donate was an accident.

You're purposely trying to make a card specifically to break another card.  That doesn't seem like a good idea to me.

If it came into play under their control, after not being Played, they lose.

Sigh. Phage does not work that way. "Play" isn't the same as "come into play".

Also, sorry, but this is just wrong. This is, like Donate, just asking to be competely, stupidly abused.
