Hulk 3 And Kowal , Heres a Little Info for you. Unlike Hadley and other places we dont get 100 + people to our events. If I was going to get 100 people I would not charge $25. Since the estimated head count is around 40 and I spent $850 on prize support please tell me how I can charge less then $25

Um... Hadley is lucky to get much more than 40. Often times, it's 35ish. Waterbury TMD opens and likely that dual-Lotus tournament are really the only northeast tournaments that break that attendance.

I see what you mean with entrance fee versus cost of prizes, but I'd like to think this will attract more than 40. If not, then I guess $25 is what you have to charge.
