Type 1 cards that never made it to a white-boardered set. (Arabian Nights through Weatherlight) Cards that got reprinted, such as Mishra's Factory, are not listed. Arabian NightsBazaar of Baghdad Flying Men Library of Alexandria[/list:u]
AntiquitiesMishra's Workshop Su-Chi[/list:u]
LegendsChain Lightning Chains of Mephistopheles Mana Drain Nether Void[/list:u]
The DarkFallen EmpiresIce AgeDance of the Dead Demonic Consultation Zuran Orb[/list:u]
HomelandsAliancesContagion Dystopia Elvish Spirit Guide Force of Will Gorilla Shaman Lim-Dul's Vault Phyrexian War Beast[/list:u]
MirageLion's Eye Diamond[/list:u]
VisionsWeatherlightAbeyance Argivian Find Null Rod Ophidian[/list:u]
PromotionalMana Crypt[/list:u] We can see that most of the " early" expansion cards either got reprinted or now have better versions in later sets. Also shows how much even Vintage relies on the "basic set", even if it was rotated out later. Please let me know if I have missed any card, a card i have listed was reprinted, or if you feel that a listed card doesn't see play enough to warrant being listed. (Flying Men, Abeyance?) I am trying to include decks that were in the top few tiers, instead of fun decks like Eureka!

I'm not quite sure what the point of this is. I'll move it to casual, since that seems like the best match for it.

You missed Moat, Abyss, Candelabra of Tawnos, Sentinel, Chain Lightning. Not the most heavily played at the moment, but you did list Flying Men.

Lion's Eye Diamond was reprinted in 6th Ed., IIRC.

I swear I saw a white bordered Hymn being used. It was reprinted with a white border in anthologies, I believe.

Fireblast, Rogue Elephant, and Bounty of the Hunt might be include on your list. I think that there will be a lot more cards in the future that will not be reprinted because of block or set mechanics issues. Recent T1 goodies like Scepter, Fetch lands, Madness cards, etc. will probably never make it into a "Core Set".

Because I am pathetic and have no life, I immediately went to Apprentice to look for more card that fit the bill. Some are really bad suggestions, but HAVE seen some sort of play at some point in time.
Arabian Nights: Drop of Honey, recently seen in certain Stompy boards.
Legends: The Kobolds. KoboldClamp WILL be tier 1! Wait for it! I've also seen Psychic Purge in SB's of heavy Sui metas.
Antiquities: Power Artifact
Fallen Empires: High Tide, Goblin Grenade and the Pump Kinghts.
Ice Age: ILLUSIONS OF GRANDEUR
Mirage: Goblin Tinkerer, Dwarven Miner, WALL OF ROOTS, Prismatic Lace (go ReapLace!), PHYREXIAN DREADNOUGHT
Visions: Undiscovered Paradise, City of Solitude, Helm of Awakening, NECROMANCY.
Waetherlight: Serenity, Aura of Silence, Firestorm, Empyrial Armor, Goblin Vandal, GEMSTONE MINE.
Of course, a good number of these cars could be banned tommorrow and nobody would even notice, but they have filled niche roles from time to time.
Also, I believe both Contagion and Bounty of the Hunt were white-bordered in the Garfield vs. Finkel box set, if that counts.

While the Pump Knights (I assume you are referring to Order of the Ebon Hand and Order of Leitbur) have technically never reprinted, there were almost identical cards in Ice Age - Knight of Stromgald and Order of the White Shield. The only difference was that their creature type was actually Knight instead of Clerics.

Did you know that Red is the color or art and music and passion? Combine that with Green, the color of nature, spiritualism, and community and you get a hippie commune of drum circles, dreamcatchers, and recreational drug use. Let's see that win a Pro Tour.
