I was curious if ther was any way to play a Sorcery (or a Permanent) at instant speed, ignoring specific cards that let you play that card at instant speed. Is there any way to allow for multiple of these cards to be played at instant speed?
I also heard something about being able to put a non-instant on Isochron Scepter, and I was wondering how that worked.
Thanks in advance.

non-instant cards cannot be put under scepter, unless you want to tap it to win the prize.
As far as playing sorceries for instants, isn't there some 3G enchantment in MM block that allows that? Damn I can't think of the name!

Thanks for the Vernal Equinox. Is there any other way to do it besides that? Possibly some reactions of the cards so that putting it in a deck doesn't make the card so dead in most situations, as each card does something else individually?
Also, can someone explain how you put a sorcery on the scepter? Thanks in advance.

I think Jacob knows the Scepter thing. It's something like:
Get a sorcery imprinted on Q.E, cast a scepter, animate it, copy its abilities...something like that.

The Scepter combo can be done a few ways.
One way (with March of the Machines in play) is: Get a Mirror Golem and Scepter into play. Play a Vesuvan Doppelganger and imprint a non-instant. During your upkeep, make the Vesuvan a Scepter.
Now you have a Scepter with a non-instant imprinted, but you can't cast it. (Scepter stipulates that you "may play the imprinted instant.")
I can't remember the Quicksilver Elemental method off the top of my head.

So in conclusion, creatures are bad. Play blue cards instead.

Get March of the Machines and Scepter into play, and a Mirror Golem on top of your graveyard. Play a Volrath's Shapeshifter, which comes into play as Mirror Golem, which them imprints, say, Time Walk. Now discard a Quicksilver Elemental, switching the Shapeshifter's form. Use the Elemental's ability to steal the Scepter's activated ability.
Now, the Scepter ability reads, "You may copy the imprinted instant card and play the copy without paying its mana cost.", so you cannot actually play the sorcery that you imprinted. Notice, though that this ability doesn't mention anything about it costing 2 or less, like the imprint ability. Therefore, you can use this method to imprint, say, Searing Wind, or other hideously expensive instant. Win the prize, indeed.

Imprint Ghitu Fire (Or Breaking Wave, or Twilight's Call, or Rout, or Saproling Symbiosis) and the desired Sorcery on a Spellweaver Helix, and cast a Ghitu Fire as an Instant.

I don't think this does exactly what you want, but there is also [card]Panoptic Mirror[/card].

Cabal Therapy > Ghitu Fire in conjunction with Helix. Cabal therapy cannot be played as an instant, which is kind of nescessary to pull this trick off.
