There's nothing wrong with VA's having mod power, as long as they use it sensibly. As long as there are no post deletions (other than double posts) and you consult the lounge on what to do in difficult cases, we should be fine.

Yah it'd be nice to have access to view the lounge like we did on the old TMD. The adept lounge was fairly underused but also a nice perk. I know the admins are probably a bit busy to make a lounge so that we can do random posts, but viewership in the mod would be huge.
Also I'm sure you mean don't ever delete except when merging doubles right?

I don't see the problem with spreading the work load between the mods and VAs. If there are complaints, they should be addressed with whomevr they pertain to, and should not reflect the judgement of VAs as a whole. I think a lot of them are doing a good job. |

Yah I do several mods a day in the open and newb forum, always leaving my name and never with problems. These are simple things that someone else will have to do now. |
