I have a few questions about combos I am considering.

1) If standstill is in play, activating illusionary mask does't trigger it correct?

2) If nethervoid is in play, and I have isochron scepter out, do I still have to pay the extra 3 when I activate it?

3) If I use illusionary mask to put a morph creature into play face down, does the morph ability activate, when I turn it face up?  Also, can I pay the morph ability to turn it face up for it's effect, instead of just flipping it over?

4) If I use illusionary mask on a creature like horned kavu, when I turn him over, do I have to return a creature to my hand?

1) Activation of Illusionary Mask doesn't trigger Standstill, because no spell is played.

2) With Nether Void in play you have to pay {3} whenever a spell is played, otherwise the spell is countered. With Isochron Scepter you get to play the spell (therefore you must pay {3} or the spell is countered).

3) An ability that triggers on a creature with Morph being turned face up will trigger regardless of the method by which you turn it face up, and regardless of how it got turned face down in the first place.

4) An ability that triggers when a creature comes into play does not trigger when a creature is turned face up. Someone already considered this combo before you did (Phyrexian Dreadnought).
