FBB cards, FWB cards

"Most of the foreign revised cards that I have seen are black bordered.  I happen to have one which is a white-bordered french bayou.  I haven't ever seen another like it, and granted I don't look much, but I was wondering if anyone knew about the size of the print run, etc for them.   Were they common + people just don't like them? or are they hard to find, etc.

I saw a FWB Plateau, and the card name is Altopiano. Crazy.

I don't know much about them, but I have some (like 6) German WB Regrowths.
