Bay Area type 1?

Hi everyone, type 1 newbie here.  I've been reading type 1 articles for a while over on Starcity and I'm interested in getting into type 1.  But I don't know of any tournaments in the Bay Area.  Are there any tournaments or places to play around here (especially in Silicon Valley)?

Thanks, Raziel.  I'll try to check it out soon.  Do they allow proxies?  If not, will people mind me playing with my cards in top loaders?

The events are sanctioned, so it's the real deal. If you have the cards play them. The owner may ask you to sleeve your cards for the event. If you have proxies show up anyway and play some side games between rounds.
