Okay, say I have a Mox out. This Mox that I speak of has a counter on it from say, moving a counter with Power Conduit. If someone were to animate my Mox with say, Kran, Sliver Jolem, would my Mox be dead or a 1/1 beatdown machine of unstoppable smoldering manlove?

I say it would be a 1/1 beatdown machine of unstoppable smoldering manlove, my Catholic upbringing says that homosexuality is an abomination.

Who wins? Is it my keen intellect? Or do I get packed up by some Savage Roman Popery (tm)?

Assuming it's a +1/+1 counter on it and not a charge counter, yes, it will be a 1/1. +1/+1 counters (like all counters and unlike local enchantments and equipment) don't fall off when their subject isn't a creature; they just don't do anything special.

Ah, but with Power Conduit, if I were to move a counter onto said Mox before it became a creature, the counter would have to be a charge counter on yonder Mox and not a +1/+1 counter, amiright? And whenceforth yonder Mox becamest animated, it would be a 0/0 creature with a charge counter on it and not a 0/0 creature with a +1/+1 counter on it, thusly being a gigantic bag of suck that dies as a state-based effect, amiright?

I'm pretty sure I answered my own question, but I just gotss to make sure. I have a serious need to activate the savage Mox beatdown is all.

That's right.

You'd need a continuous effect to make the Mox stay alive, which, actually, a +1/+1 counter does... however it's pretty difficult to get a +1/+1 counter on something that isn't a creature.

Glorious Anthem and the like are your best bets.
