Texas Hold Em tournament @ Gencon? Interest?

I see there is often mention in the tournament reports about playing Hold Em, I was wondering what the interest would be in me running a tournament (with real chips and cards and dealer buttons and such)? I was thinking if we could get 10-20 people, we could have a nice tournament, with entry fees between $10 and $30 and top 3 spots getting money.

I've played Holdem semi-proffessionally for 5+ years and have run about 20 tournaments in the last couple of years, so I'd be well versed in running them (and I wouldn't play in it, just deal at one of the tables and run it).

I just wanted to gauge interest and if it's enough, then I;ll start worrying about bringing cards and chips and finding a place to play.

I'd probably be down, and a few of my SoCal guys might be as well.  It all depends on exactly how much T1 there's gonna be (does anybody know the schedule yet?), as if there's 8 T1 tournies, I might have to try and go 96hrs without sleep and just play magic till my anus bleeds.
