Well, since those other states get topics, NC needs one too!

I am in Durham, and play some at Sports Cards Unlimited in Northgate Mall.

I also once in a while go out to High Point for fun.

But, there has been talk of making actual power tournaments out in High Point, and the Sports Cards Unlimited guys could probably be convinced to do power if there is enough interest.

With all that said, any other NC people here and want to play?

I'm relocating to Charlotte (haven't finalized the date yet) and will definitely be interested in Type 1 action once I get settled in.

I live about eight billion miles west of you guys, in the mountains. There is no type 1 here. We were without a store that held ANY magic tournament WHATSOEVER for six months, but there is a new one here and I have sometimes been forced to DRAFT just to play against other players IRL(and get some packs too). I am looking for other people to play with and test against. Possibly some kind of team structure.

Sure, I'd love to play.  I go to sportscards all the time.  There is a t1 tourney this Saturday, but I won't be able to go   .  Anyway the only power that they have there is that mox emerald (and those collecters ed.), and I don't think we can get them to offer any power, not even that one.  They seem kinda stingy with their prizes as is.  Oh well, maybe we should try anyway.

Hi, My name Is James I live in Winston-Salem. I go to high-point when I can but I dont make it there much because I don't have a car. I am always looking for new players and im allways willing to chat about t1. I always bug the owner of Dj's, Van, to hold bigger tounments. Hopefully one weekend we all can meet in high-point and try to win something. I think last time i was there i got 2ed and got 8 bucks were as people i know up north are getting moxen and lotus. I sure hope we can change this.
