Post a t1 legal goldfish deck in this thread.  Assume seven cards in hand and that the opponent is playing a deck of 60 forests and never choses to mulligan.  So, there's no need to run any protection.  After a few lists have been posted, I will practice with each deck a few times, then I will play ten games with each deck and mark down how many times I win the game before the imaginary opponent gets a turn.  I will note whether the win is due to the same broken cards in just about every combo deck(a broken hand with a black lotus bunch of artifact mana) or the combo decks individual engine.  If a card like Serum Powder allows me to mulligan into a turn one kill with the standard issue cards then I will note that in favor of the win being due to the deck's engine.

Sample goldfish deck:
Standard issue cards(17):
X7 Solomoxen
x1 Mana Crypt
X1 Mana Vault
X5 Draw 7's
X1 Ancestral Recall
X1 Tolarain Academy
X1 Crop Rotation

Deck's distinct engine(43):
X4 Skullclamp
X12 Kobolds
X3 Myr Moonvessel
X1 Grim Monolith
X1 Lion's Eye Diamond
X4 Chromatic Sphere
X4 Mishra's Workshop
X4 Ancient Tomb
X4 Brain Freeze
X1 Chrome Mox
X1 Mox Diamond
X4 Elvish Spirit Guide

Belcher and draw7.dec are obvious choices, so I'll go with the slightly slower Spoils-Dragon:

4x Bazaar of Baghdad
4x Worldgorger Dragon
1x Ambassador Laquatus
4x Buried Alive
4x Animate Dead
4x Dance of the Dead
---------------------------
21 combo pieces

4x Spoils of the Vault (EDIT)
1x Demonic Turor
1x Vampiric Tutor
1x Demonic Consultation
4x Plunge into Darkness
----------------------
11 tutor effects

1x Ancestral Recall
1x Time Walk
----------------------
2 broken

4x Dark Ritual
7x SoLoMoxen
1x Mana Crypt
1x Lotus Petal
4x Underground Sea
4x Underground River
4x Polluted Delta
--------------------------
25 mana

That's 59 cards. I'm not sure what the 60th should be. Maybe Serum Powder Smile. This is meant to be a consistent turn 2 deck. Mulligan aggressively.

I'd want to say they're almost definitely meant to be Spoils, as he did refer to the deck as Spoils Dragon, but the presence of the 4 Plunge into Darkness sort of craps on my theory. :/

Anyways, yeah. Dragon can Goldfish faster than Belcher.

Are you counting the Time Walk turn as another turn, in terms of Goldfish speed? I'm leaning towards no as that's what makes sense, but you never know.

The 60th card, assuming you're going for balls-to-the-wall speed, should almost definatly be Entomb.

Obviously I meant to include 4x Spoils of the Vault Smile. I've edited the first message to reflect this.

Why? I only expect to cast one tutor per game to win as soon as possible, so Plunges and Spoils are not mutually exclusive. If I could run 8xSotV I would Smile.

Entomb isn't necessarily an obvious choice, as it requires you to have Bazaar in hand. Still, it's difficult to suggest anything else.

Yep, the TW shouldn't count as another turn.

Time walk doesn't count as another turn.  If you use any coin flip cards, squee's revenge, mana crypt, that r2 draw 9, include heads or tails somewhere in the post and I'll always use that side as the flip being in your favor.
