I have two problems that I am hoping people can help me solve.  The first is that i am trying to make a budget Koblods deck and I would appreciate any and all advise about the decklist that I am trying to use.  Secondly I have serios money problems so when I buy the cards they need to be as cheap as possible.  Next to each card in the decklist there is a price that my local shop gave me.  If you know of any websites that can beat these prices or a website that is a good place to start looking for good deals, please tell me.  Here is my list

Your decklist needs something...like...cards.

Nevermind, I didn't realize that was your decklist, with all the prices next to it.

Not that this deck has much hope, but you really need to provide more information for anyone to help you.

Okay. I will.  For people who are not familiar with Koblods it is an extremely fast deck that usually wins between turns 1-3.  The strategy is to use dark rituals and cullings to get out very early skullclamps and a carnival of souls.  Then, using the mana that the carnival of souls gives you when you play a kobolds, you skull clamp your creature and draw two cards, with one, hopefully two more kobolds.  Repeat until you culling or ritiual into a twenty point Tendrils.

all of the cards are either lands, free or essentialy free creatures with one toughness, the combo engine, spells that produce mana, or searching or card drawing.

No offense, but it's likely to get a:

I say we take off and nuke the entire site from orbit. That's the only way to be sure.

I feared that the poll was about wether or not the deck had any chance to be competitive. However, well, this is almost worse as those kinds of polls. Skullclamp ban only affects type 2, and this is a strictly type 1 forum. Skullclamp isn't great in type 1 because there are many hate cards (think null rod/gorilla shaman) which makes it unplayable as a side effect.

Other than that, the prices seems rather standard. I should note that the demonic tutor is overpriced if revised (they sell around 9-10$ CAN here). Assuming the demonic tutor is visions, that would be a great price. However chances are good that the vampiric tutor is 6th, so assuming that it is 6th the price is OK.

most of the prices look good

I think www.cardkingdom.com and www.mtgfanatic.com have decently priced cards.  You can also use www.ebay.com (can get Vampiric Tutor and Demonic Tutor at a lesser price there).

This is more of a price issue thread, so I'm moving it to open community.

?!  That's a hefty price for a revised tutor.  You should be able to find a tutor on ebay for around 3 bucks.  You may want to try and price your cards through online stores.  Take for example cardshark.com.  See if you can locate the bulk of your cards from a couple of sellers to reduce shipping costs.  Often times it is worth buying a volume of commons & uncommons through on-line stores because of the one time shipping payment.  Use e-bay for 1 of's and rares.  Prices always vary but if you're dilligent you can usually find bargains.

http://www.magictraders.com will also work. If you're not really trying to trade, try the Sales / Auctions forum, and you can probably pick up a Demonic for ~4.
