I know I shouldn't post this here, but I lost posting rights when the boards went down. Then I got out of the scene for awhile. But I'm back now and helping some people organize events. Moved -DrSSo the reason I am posting this here is to answer any questions anyone has about this tournament. Going to elaborate on a couple of these. Type 1, 5 proxy rule Proxies must be labeled clearly, print outs are prefered.prize: 20+ people will be a signed Mox Pearl in EX condition. Prizes will be adjusted accordingly for lesser attendance. He has mentioned something about a illusionary mask or beta gauntlet of might if we don't get the attendance he is expecting.Deck registration sheets are required. You can print them out before hand or fill one out on site.Start time is 1pm and it is a standard 5 round swiss. The rounds might go up if we get a larger number of players.Entry fee is $10 That's US dollars Location is: Holiday Inn NASHUA 9 Northeastern Blvd. NASHUA, NH 03062 UNITED STATES Tel: 1-603-8881551 Fax: 1-603-8887193 My cell phone number is 603-721-9023 if anyone is running late or something drastic happens. I am in direct contact with the organizer so let me know. -Diaonic

O bloody hell. Team DD will be vacationing on the East coast, but just a bit too far to venture to your tourney, unfortunately. Good luck with it though.

PS: If you need posting privileges for the Tourney Announcement forum, just PM Zherbus or have a Mod move it.

I don't believe he has that capability. If you want to give me your name, I will let him know you are coming.

I was all sorts of undefeated going in to the top four, where Eric ELD busts up some dude playing BFD, and then IDs with my lucky opponent who witnessed my sit there with my dick in my hands for something like 12 turns without doing so much as making a land drop.

I split in the finals with a Fish deck. I played against Grow-Still, BGR Madness (force+logic), Tog, Fish, Ninja Mask and 7/10 to get there. I ID'd with Kowal to lock a solid spot in the top 8. We played one game for fun which I won, despite a titan, welder and sui chi on the board with me being at one life. I'm pretty sure he forced some really unimportant spell though. I was expecting to split with him in the finals too, but sadly he decided to lose to fish instead. The tournament was solid, and I'll certainly try and go back if there is another one in Nashua. Everyone was very friendly and there were tons of trades going on. An excellent use of a Sunday really.

I was a little bugged to get to this advertised $10 tourney, only to find out that it was taking place inside a convention, and that there was an additional event charge.
